??? What about the containers?

| Hi,
I'm thinking about making up a few meals ahead like lasagna and putting them in the freezer. How do you handle the need for for more baking pans? Do you go ahead and buy more baking pans so you can store that lasagna in the freezer and just pop it in the oven or do you have another trick?
Thanks! |

| I am certainly not as much as an expert as people here, but when I make up lasagna and freeze it... I freeze it in the pan for a few hours, take it out of the freezer, pop it out of the pan (like a big brick!) and wrap it in plastic wrap, then foil or a ziplock (with all the air sucked out) and I label it. |

| Glad makes some nice plastic containers that can go from the freezer to the oven to the table. They come in 8x8 and 9x13 sizes with lids. I personally prefer to bake in my glass pans, but they work fine in a pinch and all your baking pans don't end up in the freezer. Becky |
