| Lori: If the steaks you have are really rib steaks (aka rib eyes)then no way should they be headed for a crock pot !!! Fire up the BBQ or your broiler, dress them with some minced garlic, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper and grill to rare or medium rare, turning only once and enjoy with a baked potato and fresh salad. |
