Anyone here have ClimateSeal interior storm windows (or similar?)

Does anyone here have Climate Seal interior storm windows (or something similar)? I am trying to figure out how happy people are with them, and also how well they block outdoor sound. I'm considering this product (or something quite like it) for some of the upstairs windows in my 1857 home to block outdoor noise (music, voices, cars) and also because the home's original exterior storms are a pain to remove/replace.

Thanks very much!

I would be interested in interior storms, but my stops leave about a 1/4" of space--so would they be installed between the stops?
Jlc, you have great windows, and I understand the problem--I'm afraid of heights so my storms are going to be hinged on the top--mine are all square, but could you hinge yours on one side?

Did you get the ClimateSeal interior storms? We were looking at a brand called Innerglass. I'll have to look at ClimateSeal.
