| Well, if windows are the "eyes" of a house's facade, then maybe Lasik would be better than conventional rehabbing of the sashes. No more digging out rock hard putty and glass shards! Maybe the OP posted here by mistake? Personally I'm not giving up my eyeglasses which offer my peepers a teensy bit of protection when I absentmindedly start working without my safety glasses on (more often than I should, I confess).
