I'm looking for ideas for an old fashioned keeping room. Does anyone have one? Any pictures? Thanks in advance :)

Here's a pic of a renovation--looks as if there's a keeping-room to the left. There are other pics of the same renovation on the right side of the page.

I have no interest in the company--just enjoy vintage kitchen pics.

Lavender, go to your local library and check out some books. A few of the old English decorating books have things which look similar to keeping rooms. And I remember seeing similar things in the pubs of small towns in Ireland. They hang on to the old stuff a long time there.
