We received two quotes for blown in insulation in our 1970's house in Maine. There is a 1k difference between them and it seems like quite a difference. It appears that the less expensive quote is actually a bit more insulation. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something in these quotes? Is the more expensive one doing something the less expensive one isn't?
