| I am about to refinish hardwoods in our home and love the old look of oil and wax (no sheen or "plastic" look) but don't want the upkeep. Does anyone have suggestions on products that give the apperance of buffed wax floors but don't have the upkeep?
Many thanks for your thoughts!! |

| Consider a penetrating oil, in several coats. Not "poly" but lovely satin sheen and durable. Waterlox Original finish (have this in my recently refinished/repaired bath floor and I LOVE the sheen of it. Velvit Oil (have not tried this, but know people who have) |
