Replacing front door and changing style

Our house was built in 1910. The 40" x 84" front door needs to be replaced. It is warping, there is daylight coming through cracks, and the frame is battered from too many keyholes being cut over the years. We have never liked the window next to the door nor the fact that the door is not centered with the front steps.

We have hired a local millwork company to make a new frame, a set of 48" x 84" solid wood french doors, a set of french screen doors, sidelites, and a transom. All doors will be stained dark, and the sidelites and transom will be painted white.
