| Not really sure where this question would go best, so I thought I'd start here. We had our roof completely torn off and replaced last summer. It was a horrible experience as far as interaction with the company went. DH noticed last night that some flashing looked loose. We have had some storms this year (chicago); could this be considered normal? There aren't any trees that tall near the house. Should we have the same company come out and fix it or is it considered normal wear and tear and we'll have to pay for it, in which case I could/would go elsewhere? |

| It can't hurt to ask the original installer to look at it and give his opinion. To say more I would have to see a photo. |
