1920s home screened porch: have ?s re color.

Hi,

I posted this on the Porches and Decks forum. I thought some of you might be interested so I'm linking here.

Please let me know what you think.

I'm wondering if we should have painted the siding on the upper porch a different color, since we no longer have the same on the bottom to balance it out. What think? The siding color is a little richer than it looks in the picture. It is washed out by the morning sun.

Beautiful job of restoring your porches! That's an inspiration for us all...now I want to put a screened porch on my house :)
