I would suggest that you broaden you shopping alternatives.
Virtually any lumber yard can order a door in any size and configuration.

Definitely a real lumberyard can get that no issues. Stay away from box stores for these types of products.

Ugh. I've been dealing with two lumber yards, not big box and neither can seem to find except with internal grills.

Jeldwen, Simpson, Rogue Valley all should definitely have that style or the capability to make that style. Have them order it with a taller bottom rail.

Millworkman - Any thoughts on fiberglass vs wood?

Wood they will do custom and match your layout dam near exactly. F/G you would need to go with what they show in the catalog. My preference would always be wood but wood will require more maintenance and the door itself (but not as much as wood). If these are under an overhang and somewhat protected wood all day. Don't forget a F/G door will still have a wood frame that will require maintenance. Most of it comes down to your preference. But if you decide to go F/G, but at the absolute minimum Therma Tru from a lumberyard not a home center and tale a look at HMI and or Provia which are a much higher quality F/G door in my opinion.

Rogue Valley also makes nice wooden doors, and the design choices are virtually unlimited. I love the douglas fir doors I've gotten from them.
