The asymmetrical gable over the front porch, and the roof style over the bay window puts it into the "Tudor Revival", "English Cottage" or similar class. It's not a full-blown example, but many builders just tacked a few details onto theior basic plan to keep up with fashion.

That one is perhaps from the late 1920s, early 1930s ... there was a fad.

It may also be a version of the "Minimal Traditional" with a touch of tudor in the front.

A post-war version of the "Chicago Bungalow" form best known for big bay windows and minimal porches, sitting on a raised foundation. Traditions die hard.
