Looking for interior shutters.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of old fashioned interior wood shutters? They used to be everywhere! I took down a pair in my den to paint, and one set met an untimely demise. I don't want to replace them all with the faux wood everyone is selling. Ebay has lots of small ones, but my windows are 4' wide. Wonder why they disappeared?

For better or worse, here's a link.
The quality was abysmal last time I installed them in the 80's. I did several rooms for several clients with old Victorians who wanted to restore them. Staining and varnishing them is the achilles heel; unbelievably labor-intensive work, done after fitting. I installed them fully light-proofed with all abutting edges rabetted, such a nightmare with unsquare old openings.

Here is a link that might be useful: Horizon Shutters

Thanks so much. Boy they sure have gotten expensive and hard to find! I remember the guys complaining about how hard they are to install.
