St. Pete, FL

Hello all,

I have been trying to track down information on our house which was built in 1927. There is one identical house in the neighborhood that is two houses down and then a couple others that appear to be very slight modifications (possibly done during original construction, or in the years that followed.)

I have looked at lots of kits from this era but can't find a match. I suppose you would consider this a dutch colonial revival? At least from the side, view, perhaps. I imagine this could also simply be a model that a local contractor offered.

I plan to visit the St. Pete history museum sometime soon to dig deeper but was mainly curious if anyone here recognizes any defining characteristics of the home. I have not found any of the typical Sears kit features inside.

Thanks!
