We have a pre hung steel door that needs some adjustment. The installers did a horrible job shimming it, so I shimmed it properly. The problem now is that you have to push extremely hard to get the door to seal against the weather stripping. The weather stripping is in good shape and the door is a year or two old. If I push gently on the door it latches, and most of the weather stripping seals except for near the striker. I then need to push extremely hard to get it to seal completely. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
