Replacement doors for old houses

Well after 12 years of looking in salvage yards and trying to find the right vintage old doors for my house - that are the right size, thickness, style, etc. - I give up! My doorways are not standard sizes and the framings a bit warped anyway so I'm having guys tell me that I should get prehung fiberglass doors. The problem with those - they seem also to be very limited in size, style etc. and the reviews seem to indicate they are prone to warpage from heat and sun. I thought the whole purpose of fiberglass was to better withstand the elements than wood (which is prone to warpage from rain/dampness).

Another issue is, the doors I really need to replace are not FRONT doors, they are side and back doors so I don't want something that looks really grandiose like a front door.

Argghhh been going around in circles about this for too long. Does anyone have any ideas about where to find NEW doors for old houses?
