House is gnashing my stone foundation

Spent the past few days vacuuming my basement which I coated in epoxy toes to head a few years ago. Discovered that most of the detritus is coming from the points where the house is sitting on the foundation. My house is crunching my foundation. Expected after 110 years, I imagine.

So what do you do about this?

Rubble foundations have to be repointed. Don't wait until the stones start shifting.
