| We were just wondering if anyone had any issues collecting on an insurance claim or felt pressured to use a specific shop for repairs? |

| We use Progressive and haven't had any issues related to claims. No pressure to use a specific shop or anything. They came out, assessd the damage, wrote up the estimate and cut a check. If more repairs were needed, Progressive was notified and they came out to assess. No problems at all. |

| We use progressive as well, during a recent hail storm (not so recent actually, now). They had us go to a site set up for catastrophy and cut the check right there. The sites were set up in different areas and you could go to your choice! No problems and when more $$ was needed from 'our shop' of choice they complied. |
