| I am taking a three week community college welding class. During this class we will learn welding basics and make a piece of garden art out of scrap metal. Do you have and garden art that you love and would want to share to get me inspired. I have never welded one thing before! Thanks |

| A friend welded this guy up in my shop. He is about 6' long. His backbone is roller chain with each link welded to lock the shape. Then the other bits were added. He used an angle grinder to refine the shapes.

| Thank you Blindstar I had my first class yesterday. It was really fun! We work on all the diff. equip. and them broke into groups to make a small project. We made a turkey- if you can call it that. Next week we are on our own to do our projects. I have a whole new appreciation for metal workers! |
