How to attach to fence pipe

| I am looking for some kind of clamp that connects to a horizontal 5.5 inch fence cross-bar on one side and a 3 foot long pipe on the other side. My goal is to extend up 3 feet from the fence. The 3 foot pipe can be much thinner that 5.5 inches. The extended pipe needs to be strong enough to carry small beam and a light load. |
