Help - Cast Aluminum furniture cracks (Pic)

Hi,
(Cross posted originally on decor forum and posting to get more details/ideas here).

I have this nice set of outdoor powder coated cast aluminum furniture and lately am noticing cracks on it due to weathering. They are not very deep but definitely this is more than coating chipping. They are on the arms of the chair and the couch.

I originally posted on the Decor forum and got a few tips like filling in the cracks with Epoxy and then painting over with Rustoleum. Upon further search, I also found that there are a few products available to work with metal (e.g. Lab Metal) that start out as liquid and then solidify. There are also a variety of powder coating touch up paints available.

Now -- if I use a filler, will it expand/contract with weather and necessarily cause the crack to widen over time? Any thoughts? Any recommendations for a filler specific to aluminum?

Then, Rustoleum: honestly, once before, we tried recoating our powder coated furniture with Rustoleum and the result was not as per our expectation. Any other alternatives? Any good ones that do not need priming/sanding? The reason is that I am a layman and given my skills, I do not feel like sanding existing surface to apply primer. I would like to keep the "fix" as contained as possible.

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance!
