| I ordered many items from Restoration Hardware -- all chrome. Sconces, washstand base, faucets, medicine cabinet et.al. I wish I had ordered Polished nickel as the chrome is very blue -- especially the sconces. It is too late to return these -- our bathroom project went on hold for several months (long sad story) and when it started up again I looked at the things that had come from RH and found they were just so very blue!
Can I take these items to a plating company and get a polished nickel deposited on top of the new chrome? Do they do this? Should I expect it to be very expensive? Would sincerely appreciate all guidance . . . . |

| As far as I know, not on top of chrome, but chrome can easily been taken off, kind of reverse plating. Konrad |
