Hi my name is Chris and I'm new to this forum and have found it very interesting.
I’m an engineer by trade and I like to make garden gates and other ornamental iron products as a hobby.
I also have designed and made metal twisting and scrolling tools for cold forming round square and flat mild steel bars.
Here is a link to a web page were my picket twisting tool has been posted.

Let me know what you think.

I think most of your plans are over priced and many require equipment ie. lathes, MIG, TIG welders that are not owned by most hobbiest. Why not simply allow hobbiest to download your plans for free?
With that said, you have a nice looking site. Links and pictures all work well.

If you had read my post properly you would have realised that the site is not owned by me but has a plan that I have work on and developed.
The plans are priced by the owner of the web site who takes a cut of the plan price to maintain the site.
Whether you think the plan prices are over the top is your opinion and no one asked you to buy them.
The plan is for a tool that a hobbyist would use and includes cad drawings in two formats so someone who does not own the tools needed to make it, could take the drawings to a machine shop and get them machined.
My post was an introduction to myself as a new member not a sales pitch for the plans and if someone was interested I would have been pleased to share any information as that is what forums are all about, not bagging people for using a little initiative.
As for your question why don’t I just give the plans away well I would like to see you attempt to develop a product over several months and then give it away just for the hell of it.
I hope I have answered all you queries and you will not see me on this forum again.
