We had a copper countertop installed and are considering sealing it. Any recommendations for what would be the safest, most durable material to use? It is our main countertop so will have lots of traffic.

(Just an aside...I moved this question from the Kitchens forum because it was going off-course and turning into a debate about keeping it a "living" surface which we have already considered.
