I want to make an armillary sundial.

Heres a link to a site selling them but this is the one I want to make.
http://www.1worldglobes.com/Sundials/sundials.armillary.htm

The principle looks simple but one question I have is how to form the rings into perfect circles.

I dont have the shaping equipment. Any suggestions how to form the rings without kinking using a basic forming method??

I intend to make a rather large one (maybe 24" diameter) which I intend to give to my local community eden project as a gift for their communal garden.

Thanks in advance,

Kev

Just needs a bit more cleaning up on the welds here & there and a few coats of paint....,
