What's your opinion on Harbor Freight tools ?

| Now that I'm going to be buying alot of metal working supplies , I wanted your opinion about the stuff Harbor Freight sells . I've visited alot of hobby welding sites ( just to pick up more tips ) and most of them mention having tools from them. I know they're not the best quality , but the price is right. What's your overall opinion ? |
