* porch spinner won't spin

| I have a metal porch spinner, with a working swivel, that won't spin in the wind. I have tried adding "wings" with thin metal strips, to catch the wind, and it twirled more than it ever has, but I need someone with more knowledge of windcatching. Thanks. |
