| I wasn't sure where to post this question. I am installing oil rubbed bronze doorknobs throughout my house. I have ORB hardware in my kitchen and ORB (some with crystal) light fixtures in my home. However, my master bath and powder room have brushed nickel light fixtures, faucets, and hardware. Is it preferable to have the doorknob be ORB on one side and brushed nickel on the inside of the bathroom? Is this half-and-half look out of style, or soon to be out of style? Is it better to have all of the same doorknobs in the house (ORB)-- even though the bathrooms are in brushed nickel? Any advice would be helpful. |
