silverware jewelry

hi, i'm new to this forum and despartely looking for some help. i have a big box of old silverware. I've seen where people take 2 pieces, cut it at an angle and make a heart shaped pendant out of the tips of the spoons/forks. it is cut at an angle and then.....soldered? welded? together. does anyone know how to make these heart shaped charms? i'd surely appreciate any help that you can give me.
