| I am 44 and have been going through the menopause for the last 4 years, haven't had too many symptons except the occasional night sweat and have only missed one period so far but the last couple of months have been getting bad menstrual type cramping between periods. The doctor has told me this is just fluctuating hormone levels but I am not convinced. Has anyone else suffered the same. |

| I have seen several people in this forum post about cramping... I think this is fairly normal. Exercise works well for cramping. |
