I am 47 and for the first time I have missed my period for 2 months. Not that I miss it but you always worry. I have had periods of hot flashes, breast tenderness, dreadful belly fat, episodes of "light headedness" and 12 NEGATIVE pregnancy tests just because...any words of wisdom..is this the perimenopause i have heard about?????

Premenopause is not that scary. I do not know about the reason behind your 'light headiness'. However other symptoms are signs of premenopause, I am sure.

There are many books on amazon relating to women's health and the use of all natural yam base progesterone cream. You can start by the ones written by Dr. John Lee and Virginia Hopkins.

I personally prefer using organic natrual progesterone, free of pesticides and preservatives.

I have also learned a lot about how natural hormone replacement can make you look younger and feel better from Dr. Ray Peat's website.

If over the progesterone cream is not enough to make your symptoms go away, try to add in yam root extract, Lady's Mantle herb, or even 10 to 15 mg daily of pregnenolone.

"The Eastern Tiger Swallowtails love them as much as I do." I've never seen a swallowtail, or any butterfly for that matter, on the S.I. Then again, I'm not out there all day actively looking... "They are pretty that’s for sure, but this bed needs to be thinned out bad and it’s these I choose to say goodbye to." This I completely understand and relate to -- I'm going through the same thing right now. Some things I've had to say goodbye to, they have served me well but it's time to go because the other stuff needs more room and I have to make choices. What I'm getting rid of -- and I ended up surprising myself -- is established Zebra grass. They're taking over. I hemmed and hawed over one particular area and decided I gotta do it. It looks so much better -- filled in but as not as visually hemmed in by a wall of very large grass. So yea...I get it...

Are you perhaps thinking of my post from 2011? https://www.houzz.com/discussions/1874407/tired-of-flimsy-peony-rings The pictures don't show when I looked at it just now but I still have some of the pictures from 2011: (The woman is a friend who was helping me make them....) The rings have deteriorated a bit over the years but are still in place/in use. I now mainly grow singe-flowered peonies which do not need support like the double/semi-doubles do. I have never bothered providing support to Siberian Irises - the flowerstalks stand up on their own and the grassy leaves only get messy on the ground after the flowers fade. I leave the leaves in place and only cut them off in spring as new growth starts. The big advantage of making your own supports is you can make them the height and shape that is best for you with the material that is appropriate for you in terms of cost and sturdiness.

It appears there is a ceiling height change as well. Hopefully not a follower of Feng Shui or human psychology. Often commenters will suggest things and the OP will respond "can't" or something else that is blocking even consideration of the thought train. But maybe hearing something in a different light or getting a little push may make for an improvement. I will be that person here. Move the bed. Or build out a lowered ceiling and furr out the wall the size of bed.
