January 2008 Wyeth went to FDA and said estriol doesn't help menopause. Read about on FDA's site here:
http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/2008/ucm1168 32.htm

Here's local news story Oct 2009 Wyeth caught making it all up and how Premarin/Prempro causes cancer:

My goal is to get estriol back on the market. I have MS.

edife:

Did you read about the trials with Vitamin D for MS.

They gave some of the participants massive doses 40,000 IU of Vitamin D daily and some a placebo.

In all the cases given vitamin D there was some improvement of the symptoms and mobility. Some had great improvements and some less, but all improved.

Ask your doctor about it or look it up yourself. Frankly if I had MS I would try it.
