| Every now and then I get adrenal rushes - wakes me from my sleep with nausea, strong rush from my solar plexes and heat up my chest and neck - some dizziness, light headed, anxiety, inner vibration, legs feel a bit rubbery...it's very scary. Glad to know what it is. I've been to Dr's and they say there's nothing wrong with me. When it happens now, I just try to relax as much as possible and breath in and out slowly, gently...I gently stretch my body a bit until it's over. This seems to help. I was told by a nutritionist that I should make sure and have some protein before I go to bed...like some turkey or cheese. I haven't tried it yet. Luckily, this only happens once in a while now. I went through bad symptoms for about 2 years...things have gotten much better. lol. |
