Progesterone Cream-How do you know if it's natural?

| I purchased Nature's Bounty Menopause Formula Progesterone Cream from WalMart last week. I now found this forum (which is wonderful, by the way) and see that everyone talks about *natural* progesterone cream. How do I know if the cream I bought is natural? Thanks. |

| I don't know personally, but there is a very active and informative menopause website (message boards, tons of info & articles)...I don't have the link handy, but do a search for powersurge, that's the name of it. I'm sure you can find answers there. |
