Hi- I have just started having night sweats. The wave of heat has been waking me up numerous times and I'm pretty tired! I was thinkng of trying balck cohosh or some other natural thing but I am allergic to anything related to the daisy family, ragweed, etc. I tred Kava kava once and by day threee my eyes were red and my nose was running. Does anyone know if these natural combos are derivied from flowers? Thanks!

This is full of great information.
Hope it helps, Bobbi

I used a soy supplement which reduced the intensity but did not eliminate them.
