| I'm 50 and have gone 3 months with no period however a few days ago I had very very light spotting. Do I start over on the months counting?

| Yes, I believe light spotting counts as a "period" -- slight thought it may be -- and you should start counting over now. I made it to 11 months last year and then had a period. Now I'm close to reaching that again, so we'll see what happens. |
