| I have always had my period every 21 days, usually just like clockwork but now at age 48 they are coming later and later each month. It gets to the point that I feel all of the signs of it coming, cramps, diarrhea, nausea, headaches cranky, ect..but no period yet! I have heard of Phantom periods so maybe this is what is going on. Is this fairly normal? Thanks |

| Yes, as you near menopause, your periods do get irregular. They may also last longer (or shorter). |
