Possible pregnancy at 51

I am 51 years old with a husband and 2 grown children. I went for my yearly checkup in April and everything checked out fine. There is a new law now that states that they don't do the PAP or HPV tests every year. It's once every 3-5 years. I was told that I was in Menopause by my doctor after having no periods for 9 months. My husband and I had unprotected sex in April. About 2 months ago, I started having issues with stomach bloating and abdominal cramping. It is now progressing sometimes to lower back pain, and a burning sensation in my breasts. I have taken 3 pregnancy test all within about 2 weeks of each other all with negative results. The last one being 2 weeks ago prior to my colonoscopy. I also saw my gynecologist again a couple of weeks ago because of these issues and he said that I couldn't be pregnant and that everything was fine.Could I still be pregnant?
