Salt and HRT

Someone told me that if you're on hormone replacement, you should limit your salt intake, otherwise you'll retain more water.

Anyone aware of this?

Everyone should reduce, limit salt intake - sodium is a "silent" ingredient in so many foods - no extra salting of food is needed.
