My friend is experiencing hot flashes throughout the day. She is 38 and we think its peri-menopause.

Two days ago she started on using pro gesterone cream - emerita. There no benefit yet. How long does it take to take effect? Is this a good brand? If this doesnt work i am planning to take her to a obgyn.

Just want to mentioned. Its 4th day and i heard from that there is very significant benefit..I will add more when i know more.
