| I have not experienced night sweats or hot flashing...yet...but I think I may have last night. I am normally a cold person, so I was a little alarmed when I woke up last night feeling very hot/uncomfortable and I was also nauseated to the point I couldn't get back to sleep because I thought I was going to end up in the bathroom hugging the toilet.
So, was that night sweats or something I ate? |

| When I started having night sweats I KNEW they were night sweats! I would wake up drenched in my own sweat to the point of discomfort! When I slept alone I would move to a dry part of the bed -- now I just rearrange the damp sheets and fall back to sleep from sheer exhaustion. I'm finding that's my biggest problem ... I'm ALWAYS tired. |
