14 months w/o a period and then guess what!

| My period started for a couple of days after going 14 months without a period. I was sorta stressed at having to fly in a plane to go to a trip and the period started the night before I left. It was a pretty normal period. Then a month later, when I was getting ready to fly on another plane for another trip, another period. I guess the stress is causing it to return. Is that normal???
Since I haven't been flying for the last 5 months, nothing.
What do you think?
