| I swear, my joints have gotten so loose, since I don't have estrogen anymore. My knees especially. They're always going out on me. |

| Mine have gotten more painful. But then again it could be arthritis. Knees only. Everything else seems OK. |

| Catherine, are you exercising? Maybe the muscles just need strengthening. |

| Thanks Cathy and Jenn, I do have some osteoarthritis, but I'm sure I should be exercising more. My problem is that I have so much fatigue all the time, it's hard to make myself do it. Then I go work in the chicken coop or the garden, and probably expect too much out of my muscles/ligaments, etc. I'll try to exercise more...... |
