My doctor prescribed Rozerem for me to help me get some sleep. 1 pill (8mg) per night. Working really good. I have had two full nights rest in a row. Celeste |

| On those nights when I feel I need a sleeping aid, I take 1 Melatonin pill which is sold with the vitamins. It always works really well for me. |
