does anyone have this type of hot flash?

| I've begun having surges of intense heat only at night and only when I sleep on either of my sides...when I sleep on my back they are much less intense. Which is a problem because I can only sleep on my side. Has anyone else experienced this? I take estroven maximum strength...with little relief. Any suggestions? I am so tired I don't know how much longer I can take this. |

| Wow, that is different. Have you seen my post "Finally Sleeping"? I really have found relief by 1) sleeping in lightweight socks 2) Chillin Pillow for cooling relief 3) Soy Isoflavones My original post has more info. Believe me, I've been there and it does get better. |
