Hi all! Hi Bill-it isn't any fun replacing plants in our landscaping because of this freeze we had. I still have a few to replace....I'm waiting for a warmer day to do it though BUT I still need to buy the plants first (LOL). That would help, huh? Beaver: Here IT is...coming around the corner..... We felt the same as you waiting for some warmer weather (I know..we don't have it as cold as you do) AND we finally got them. It was in the high 59 today...are ya jealous? Hehehehe....a heatwave for sure. Well, we are getting cooler weather again. :( I know we won't have any snow or ice and believe me-I am very glad of that. You can have it all. I don't think you are a dork. Funny saying though-I used to use that word a lot too hahaha. Soooooo here you go-enjoy it!!! I have been outside but not really working in my yard lately because of the winds blowing cold. I do see some pansies blooming now they look really beautiful which makes me happy. My tulips are growing taller each day. I had crocus bloom already. I have some daffodills coming up too. I did go to a nursery and bought some flowers a few days ago. Planted some and am waiting to finish planting them after these winds go away. (No drooling now-you'll be out there working soon enough) Seacliffsand: I don't have climbing roses but I do know there is a special way of pruning them. Lisa, do you know it? I would call a local nursery for the how to on doing it asap. Not sure where you are but Plant World and Star Nursery in Las Vegas are great with advise on everything. This happened to me years ago and although it’s an old thread, I wanted to comment in case it help anyone. I experienced the same symptoms as most on this thread- I went to see all kinds of specialists but when I finally went to my general doctor, he fixed me. Literally made a difference in 15 min. He is a general practitioner but also certified to do manipulations which is different than a chiropractor. He did tests to see if I may have MS or carpel tunnel. But those target specific fingers. He then made me stand up and checked my back. BOOM! I had three ribs out of place. Finally after 6+ months of my right hand tingling and bruising, I had an answer. Dislocated ribs sometimes don’t cause pain BUT if they pinch the right nerve, it can cause all the symptoms to your arm and fingers. Popped blood vessels etc. he adjusted me (again, different from a chiropractor) and within 15 min I felt relief in my arm hand and fingers. Now, anytime I feel tingling, I go see him and sure enough, my rib is out. People can displace ribs with a sneeze. Sometimes it causes pain and other times you can’t even tell. A miracle for me.

I had a day like that...started off by stepping cat puke on my way to the shower, car wouldn't start..used the other one, it was on empty and when I went to leave my first job, I went out and the tire was flat. Got it to the tire place after making a ton of phone calls, but then when I got to my second job, my cell phone wasn't in my pocket. Called the tire place, and it was in my car thank goodness. Things were fine, until I got home. Friend called to ask if I could peel 5 dozen eggs she had boiled for her son's reception the next day. Surrrrre I said. Went to get them from her house, and my niece who was staying with me got stung by a bee, so we had to peel all the eggs with the doors an windows shut in a non airconditioned trailer in 90 degree heat. That was lovely. Oh, it just went on and on and on and on......one stupid thing after another. It was so unbelievable I had to write it all down. But.........at the end of the day, my other car started and ran just fine, my tire was fixed and nothing was permanently damaged. All I could do was raise my hands in the air and ask "What the hell was that all about????" And, yes, it WAS just like the book Alexander's horrible etc etc day. So much so, my cousin found the book and mailed it to me. It was absofreakinlutely crazy. So.....hopefully one day, you can look back on this and know that if you can get through this, you can do pretty much anything! And that makes you a mighty powerful woman :)

No need to drown readers with input. But a facts are helpful. # of loads. type of loads, f.ex. whites, towels, poly workout etc. enzyme/non-enzyme detergent? very different results with Method liquid vs Persil Pro Clean f.ex. temperatures tested i.e how hot is the hot wash? You told us 125F. Is that as hot as it goes? Internal heater? Number of cycles & Range of cycle lengths These are quick facts that should be known up front. A pretty interface is fine though it doesn't do anything for me. Who cares if the machine mixes -- I put all the stuff in first. I want it to work best not stupidist. Also why certain things, like a heater and number of cycles are important and why they are not. Then folks can adjust response to their needs.
