I would move the pictures and get drapes to hang like Lala said. Also would get a rug with some more color in it so it does not blend into the floor. Textures great but they have sisal with two or three different tones. The mirror to me looks more glam then the rest of your furniture. If I had to keep it unwound put a long narrow table underneath with some accessories. Maybe the bench can go on the other side of the cofee table

@Blue Choosing a washer can feel like a graduate level research project. Such a relief to finally get a choice made, eh? Now, it is going to be your turn to help others. Please let us know what you chose (the one that nobody mentioned here) and please report back how it works out for you. Don't worry that somebody might hate or mock your choice. Every appliance choice will be a mix of engineering tradeoffs and design compromises, both limited by budget. On the internet, there always will be somebody who will hate your choice regardless of your budget, space, etc., let alone whether the choice works well enough for you. Your report will help others in your position with their process of working through their own choices. LOL on the YouTube channel. I only work behind cameras. I'm mostly retired, and most of what I'm doing these days is for musicians, choirs and dancers. No video help there for choosing appliances.

@graywings123, yes I was taught to do dishes like that when I lived at home. When I moved out on my own in 1970 something I never did it again because it always skieved me out. It was one of those things I could do in my own home, like turn the heat up so my hands didn't turn white with cold. I also realize I am a fanatic about dishes being done immediately after using. There is never dishes in, or next to the sink. Any kid who left dishes unwashed or not put in the dishwasher ended up with them in their bed. I usually transfer meals into the serving bowls and wash the pots and pans before serving the meal. I am cooking in the basement and using my utility sink during this reno and I am still washing everything as I use it and not using a dishpan.

That company is not the only company that offers a flat concrete tile. I have concrete barrel tile on my roof and would never consider installing it again. There are newer interlocking metal roof tiles that last longer with less chance of leaks.
