headaches

| I suffer from really bad headaches, I wake up with one almost every day. Does anyone else suffer from this because of pre-menopause? The headaches can be so bad that I don't want to do much of anything. |

I have read that waking up with headaches can be a sign of sleep apnea. You should talk to your doctor about it and check out sleep apnea on line.
