Are these signs he is cheating?

I recently found out that my husband searched for escort services, when I asked him about it he said he didnt do anything..I also found emails from a girl that wanted to meet up with him and he even gave her information to what airport she should fly to and he also has several profiles on adult websites. when i asked him about all of this he denied ever doing anything with anyone, I do not know if I should believe him or not. All of this was done when i was away at my parents for two months while I had our baby. I recently also found out that he bought a sex toy for himself which he never told me about and when i ask him to show it to me he gets mad and says he threw it away. I waited to confront him about all of this because I wanted to be tactful and get somehting out of the conversation but all he said to me was that why was i looking through his stuff, which i happened to just find since he had mistakenly left his hotmail account open. He has always been very private with his email accounts and myspace he never lets me know the passwords it seems likehe is hiding something. What should I do should I trust him but inside i feel cheated in a way am I overreacting? PLease help I am soo confused

Oh my god you are so not overreacting.how old are you?Its so obvious your husband has been messing about with women.All the evidence is there,he was having the time of his life whilst you were away having his child.He puts passwords on for a reason.IF he hadnt nothing to hide he would freely let you see what he was doing on the computer.what is your relationship like otherwise.Im guessing your very young.do not trust him any more he is a liar

Let me tell you that if I saw pictures of my DH in bed with another woman, even fully clothed, he'd have lots of explaining to do. But, after finding these pics and seeing as how she was hiding her phone and finding out why....I'd just wait it out and see what her future and current behavior is. If she has plans, meetings or outings that are out of norm for her, I'd check those out. If her appearance changes as far as weight, hairdo, clothing...I'd look into the reasons why. If she went looking elsewhere because you're stubborn and a non- talker, then change your style because it ain't working for you. If you want things to work, then you both need to meet in the middle. She may have slept with this man. but if she did and you love her and don't want to lose her then just deal with it. It may have been just a fling to prove that someone else found her attractive because you didn't make her feel that way. if she's got what she wants at home, she won't go looking elsewhere. Hope it works out for you.

I'd tell her she better go and snoop herself. Why would she send you instead of doing it herself anyway? And, why would he leave a prescription for Viagra laying around/wouldn't it be at the drug store or in his wallet? What could you tell from the "phone records" without doing a little more research? Don't they have a trash service at his office...or does it just not get taken out if he is out of town? Why wasn't your friend waiting with baited breath to see what you found if she knew you were going to be snooping? Guess I have more questions than answers to give you. Anyway, offer to watch her kids, and tell her she better go take a look herself.

Did you give him a down??? Has the builder already scheduled dig? Or is he working on permitting in your area Normally like you said the 3 days buyer remorse period is up and you are stuck. It is unfortunate that you got caught in this but it does happen. I am not saying he is a bad builder only that it seems as you were rushed through the contract. If he is a reputable builder then he will sit down with you and go over the issues and probably work out a resolution. I have run into the misunderstandings before and normally there is a compromise. No builder wants his customer leary of him from start of project. As far as the design. My designs sometimes have items (upgrades) in them at time of sale that the customer does not want to pay for upgrade. It is what is on the contract that holds up in court. Good Luck, David

You have an education and a career, so you are in better shape than a lot of wives who want to leave but have no way of supporting themselves/kids. I suggest counseling for the immediate future, you will need emotional support to gear yourself up for the inevitable step away from this crumb bum. Second step, as Cacocobird said, is a lawyer. Should you waver throughout this process, please print out and re-read your post. You have a duty to yourself and your kids to be treated respectfully and as an equal. Back off now and you will lose both your self-respect and your bargaining position with Mr. A. Hole. silversword ,that was just one of the reasons i thought she is very young,I may be wrong but I cant imagine a woman in her thirties or later just not knowing what was going on here unless very inexperienced.

Oh Dear,
Please go get yourself and your baby tested for STDS,a simple blood test for baby. You may need a complete ob/gyn check up. I most certainly would want one.

He screwed up & left it open where you could see & now you are *blamed* for snooping. Classic way to divert from his unscrupulous behavior.

Be very careful, get you stuff in order. I don't think you are over-reacting one bit ut do think you should remain cautious and not tip your hand with your DH.

Also wondering why you chose to have your baby away at your parents instead of with your DH? Nothing wrong with that, in fact it's good as I suspect you probably got a lot more emotional support there..

Unless you and your husband were living out on the prairie somewhere with no medical care available, I cannot imagine why you would go off for two months to have a baby. I wouldn't go off and leave my husband for two months for no good reason--what is the point of being married and having children.
He was playing around on the computer while you were gone--what a surprise. He could also have gotten dinner at a nearby bar in the evening just for some company.

Are these signs he is cheating?
