My husband says he can't put a light over my sink?
Comments (7)Re-read the messages above. It is not necessary for him to "physically fit" into the area to make the connections. The connnections are made from below. If he can get into the attic, he can almost certainly perform the installation. Please forgive me for saying so, but it sounds to me as if you husband is not (yet) sufficiently knowledgable about electrical work to do this job. I recommend that he read Wiring Simplified (available at bookstores and the electrical department of Home Depot stores). That will help you and him decide whether he should tackle this job, or you should engage a professional instead....See MoreWhy wont he stay with me if he loves me
Comments (39)Things haven't changed much from Medieval times, have they? Women in trouble still look to a man as the answer because the man has $ and also promises emotional support. Well, it's still true. Section 8 housing waitlists can be years long, welfare is too little and too sporadic and that nursing job is way off on the horizon. Unless Prince Charming is within view, she is kinda screwed. The only other option is to be really relentless about finding good free counseling that can hook her up with some funding sources which are, sadly, few and far between these days. I would start at the financial aid office of the nursing school and the Career Center. They will try to blow you off but keep coming back until they help you....See MoreWhy does he do that?
Comments (3)Three things come to mind - either he wants attention, are you carrying a ball or something your pup might want to carry in his mouth instead of you carrying it. It is possible he is just messing with you, my dog loves to tease, he hides in the bushes when we are walking and I am not paying enough attention to him...Second - you might have some sort of medical problem the dog can detect. Does this only happen when you are walking?? I know someone whose dog detected her breast cancer....I dont mean to scare you, but if the dog is persistant, go get checked out, especially if it happens when you are not only walking, but doing other things as well...See MoreMy husband doesn't ask for much, but when he does...
Comments (29)What a difference between the quality of Schlage and Baldwin (had Schlage in previous house). Baldwin is solid and will last as long as the door. Have the same colour family as you pictured (an older bronze) and love it. Goes with everything. When we moved in there were Schlage locks on the exterior doors so we decided to upgrade the doors to the outside and garage and went with Baldwin. Because it was hardware to the outside we went with the "Estate" quality in the Baldwin line. But for interior doors, I would have chose the medium quality. Also, just a heads up....for doors that lock I would suggest avoiding the ones that lock automatically when the door is closed. Very easy to lock yourself out. Suggest using a key to lock the door when leaving. Ours was already an oval theme so we kept that and are fine with it, but I think the square will also look super!...See Morejohpe
