Eagle River mobile home.

I just bought an Eagle River 2011 16 X 74 in a leased land park. Has anyone ever heard of this company? (PA based). I'm coming from a NYC apartment and everything in this home seems so cheap and plastic. I know you get what you pay for but has anyone had any experience with this manufacturer? This is going to be our retirement home.

Mobile homes must be light enough to be transported easily. That is just the way it is.

Cheap and plastic is correct. We are having to replace many items in this home....right down to a plastic tub. This is our beach home.
