| I just bought an Eagle River 2011 16 X 74 in a leased land park. Has anyone ever heard of this company? (PA based). I'm coming from a NYC apartment and everything in this home seems so cheap and plastic. I know you get what you pay for but has anyone had any experience with this manufacturer? This is going to be our retirement home. |

| Mobile homes must be light enough to be transported easily. That is just the way it is. |

| Cheap and plastic is correct. We are having to replace many items in this home....right down to a plastic tub. This is our beach home. |
